Hi,
Your probably a traditionalist - you use pen and paper to sketch out your ideas, thumbnails and storyboards. But if you are an early adopter or tech-savy person, perhaps you use an ipad app, online software or digital drawing program that works for you.
Please do reply with your favorites - I'd love to see what's working for you and why you'd recommend it. I have several like the ipad app "53 paper", "procreate" and "sketch".
Thanks!
Hi Jean.. I'm new with storyboarding. I've played with a few apps here or there but normally print out templates and draw by hand. Guess I'm the traditionalist.
Although there are so many to choose from, I recently discovered a free software "Storyboard Fountain" just before reading your post. I believe it's Mac only. I haven't tried it yet due to my busy schedule, but I will soon enough.

Thanks for your suggestions.

You can also do it in a program like photoshop. Create shot windows, copy and paste shadows and heads of people into shot window. Can be time consuming if you're not good with the software though.

Check out Muse Storybuilder. https://buildstory.org
A number 2 pencil and a sketch pad costs a lot less than $300.00.
