I am looking for an experienced screenwriter to work on a project that has gotten great coverage, but which has gotten poor reviews for the dialogue. I'm a novelist, so the transition from novel to script is one that takes some time and the services that have reviewed the concept seem to think it could be sold during pilot season, whenever that is, if the script can be fixed. I need a partner that will work with me on this. It would not be free, they would be compensated for their time. Show us the money and your track record. I doubt anybody here can write or make movies like Blow, Traffic, Sicario. Aim lower for Mean Streets, Fresh, Menace II Society, Fruitvale Station, Better Luck tomorrow.
I'm not looking for writers of specific movie titles, I'm looking for dialogue about subjects that include drug cartels, drug dealers, politicians, etc.
