Something big is in the works. That's all I can divulge for now. This has been a dream of mine for years. Anyone out there in the tristate area? How many of you would love to have a huge film studio in the area that you could either take advantage of all the resources it has for your projects or even work at, the largest in fact, with all creative departments, soundstages, backlots, production offices, research library, onsite cafeteria with gardens and fields and more. Everything a filmmaker, real estate firm, television ad, corporate brand or other could need to get the job done. All on one studio under many roofs sitting on three hundred plus acres.

This is a private virtual production control room behind is a green screen stage. Also a 10G ethernet network backbone with storage and archive All in, cost for this installed facility @300k
The entertainment facilities will be based in Hunterdon County, New Jersey on over one thousand acres. With offices in Pennsylvania and New York. We are still in the planning or development stages.
