I am looking for someone with lots of projects to be colored/edited and I am willing to do 3 for free as a test. Can you recommend me some people or topics around here? After doing those 3 for free I am looking forward for a long partnership in this regard. Thank you for your help!

I'd say, don't work for free if you're looking for a long partnership. People don't remember you if you work for free, or they remember you to others who want free work.

But first you have to be good at something. ;)

Yes. I hear where you're coming from. Many of my junior staff did not have experience and were trained on the job so that when (and if) they left, they had all the skills they needed for a more senior position. But, they were paid above award. I understand you need the experience. Wish I could help. There must be someone willing to pay a person keen enough to work for free.

If you really want to do a work experience, approach a local editing company and ask them. Use their equipment, let them look you in the eye. Then they'll know you, and be more likely to hire you.
The old joke is I will do the the third project for free but the first two for free. It's very, very difficult to get a someone to pay after they get initial ones free.
