Angela Lansbury wants to learn witchcraft in order to fight Nazis, but instead she's stuck going on a magical adventure with some rambunctious kids. Turns out this movie ISN'T just a cheap knock off of Mary Poppins, but that doesn't mean we don't have some neat ideas!
