THE BIZ: IATSE comes in with new Basic Agreement with Producers. Looks like almost nothing on streaming, almost nothing on turnaround, and other poorly negotiated terms many in the union find "unacceptable." Basically, IATSE rank and file did not get the same kind of terms the other Hollywood unions/guilds got on residuals and pension ... How the heck did that happen? IATSE friends of mine feel pretty screwed with their pants on right now.
