I've never been a writer to enter script competitions or submit online pitches. I've always had my doubts about their value, but this year I've taken the plunge and entered my feature screenplay in the STAGE32 feature comp and I've submitted a written pitch to an exec. Like they say, nothing ventured nothing gained. I'd be interested who in this community have entered competitions( this one of others) and what your experience has been. Do you find them valuable? If so, how so? The same hoes for online pitching.
