My name is P James Norris, and I've introduced myself every time there's been a call to do so, so some of you may already know me.
This time around I have news to announce: my spec TV pilot Project Ωmega: Nina Blacke has made it into the Quarter-Finals of the CWA TV Drama category! If I make it to the Semi-Finals, I'll be ecstatic.I also thought I'd check to see if anyone on Stage32 has a connection to the writing staff of CW's Supernatural. I've written a spec back-door pilot for Supernatural--neither of their attempts, "Bloodlines" nor "Wayward Sisters" have worked out--and I was wondering if there was on Stage32 who might be willing to make an introduction for me. I'd be happy to share my teleplay with you so you'd know that I wasn't peddling garbage and an introduction wouldn't reflect poorly on you.
Anyway, that's all I've got this time around.

Way to go, James! I hope someone can help you get the "insider" support you are requesting. Closest I've come to something similar in TV-Land is getting a TV pilot script to Paul Scheuring's (PRISON BREAK, 2005-2017) agent at CAA.

Hi James. Sure thing. I created a one-page treatment and used it to successfully get the script to Sarah Jessica Parker via her publicist and agent, plus Paul Scheuring's ("Prison Break") agent. Actually, I copied the short treatment info into the body of the emails so the content was immediately readable since these folks receive an overwhelming amount of pitchs. Note that I first approached Ms. Parker's publicist via a phone call, and shared how the project I was representing would benefit her client from a publicity standpoint, as the new project was inspired by something she had done in the past. This new project would create revised interest in the previous one. The publicist served as my intro to the agent, and I cc'd her in all communications. Also, there was a significant spiritual/intuitive context related to what occurred--one would have to be open to hearing about that critical part of the process/experience--my ACE in the hole--so to speak. I hope this helps.
