If you're in need of a bit of screenwriting inspiration, guidance and downright entertainment, I can highly recommend two recent podcast episodes aimed at screenwriters:
1. Scriptnotes Podcast: Ep 372 - No Writing Left Behind. Two pro screenwriters discuss what to do when people ask you to hand over/do some of your work for free. Here's a link https://johnaugust.com/2018/no-writing-left-behind
2. Q&A with Jeff Goldsmith: Die Hard Q&A - Jeff is a great MC and in this episode he dives into the screenwriting process with two of the writers from Die Hard. Instructive and very entertaining. Here's a link http://www.theqandapodcast.com/2018/10/die-hard-q-jeb-stuart-steven-e-de...
Enjoy!

I've always enjoyed Jeff's podcasts, though I haven't listened for a few years now. I really should get into it again. Thanks for posting.

Die Hard podcast was awesome, a case study of how Hollywood movies are really made and why scripts are rewritten on-set.
On a personal note, I worked a year at Fox Plaza (Nakatomi Building). I still remember driving to Century City and smiling at the Die Hard building.

Dan MaxXx - that kind of thing is surreal, isn't it. My first job on a back lot was at Fox. The craft service's tent was on the front lawn of the Town Hall that features in Back to the Future. The whole time I was having this incredible deja vu. It wasn't until I looked up at the clock above the entrance to the building that I realized why LOL.
