For those screenwriters out there, I would like to ask a question. What contests have you entered, and what do you consider to be the best ones/why in your experience?

Hi Erika. It's nice to meet you. There are so many screenwriting competitions out there. You could spend lots of money entering and still not get the desired effect you're looking for - to be picked up. Some of the best screenwriting contests are Pages, Final Draft, Nicholl Fellowship, and Austin. These are the ones I'd recommend entering.
