Are you unconsciously holding back your creative career?

A number of highly talented actors and other artists feel insecure about their talents at times, and may be more or less aware of beliefs and feelings that fuel that insecurity.

* Emily Mortimer said: “I’m probably far too self-conscious to be an actress.”

* Nicole Kidman has said she often thinks, “They’re going to look at me to fire me.”

* Don Cheadle said, “All I can see [in his performances in movies] is everything I’m doing wrong that is a sham and a fraud.”
