Dr Congo was colonized by Belgium and our international language is French and national one is Lingala. However, other countries that speak English in Africa were colonized by the British Empire. Some their national language is Swahili and their international is English. For example Nigeria, they speak English and the mother language. But I think Swahili is more popular.
