It's been just more than a week since I submitted my first pitch here on stage 32. The wait is killing me. How do you keep the curiosity in tact while waiting for the out come of your pitch? How long did you wait?
My last stage 32 pitch took over a month to hear back; I think it was the third time a pitch took that long; sometimes they have come back in a few days. Just keep writing and forget about it - it will be a nice surprise when it arrives.
Continue with another project. I'm in the same situation but I submitted for coverage. I'm not even thinking about it, when the notes come back then I'll go back to that script. For now while I wait I'm working on another script
I think the advice the others have given has merit. I plan on giving my first pitch soon, but I have so many things I'm doing that I'm not that worried about it. Persistence, and pursuing excellence will always lead to success...eventually.
I'm busy reworking one and started another I have a 40hour work week and 12 hours overtime a week. It's not that I'm not busy, it merely a case of curiousity

Go do or write something else. And don’t let one pitch/one opinion be all or nothing.
Deferred joys purchased through sacrifice are often the sweetest.
Yup. It can easily take 2-3 weeks. I know it feels nerve-wracking ... but just hang in there.

If you have no expectations, you will have no disappointments.
What gives a cup its value is the space inside.
