Introduce Yourself : Screenwriter / author / producer by Ben Trebilcook

Hi 32ers, Ben here. I've been fortunate to have been a member from the beginnings of Stage 32 and to see it grow for those involved has been wonderful. Proud to call RB a friend and truly passionate for filmmaking and filmmakers.

I'm a screenwriter from London. I've lived in LA and New York, but now reside a few miles out of London with my 2 year old son Finn. I've written a variety of different genres, comedy to Westerns, but settle on action. I did an early draft of Mission Impossible 3, back in 2001 and wrote the acclaimed Old Habits Die Hard spec, based on my novel Old Habits. I'm currently producing what was originally pitched as a female James Bond', set in London and China - though we're transferring it to Indonesia. It's a big project that has taken several years to get up and running. In between all of these, I penned 4 novels and taught gang kids for a few years.

I've interest in some lower budget scripts, action and fight scripts as well as Western I originally wrote for De Niro and Hugh Grant, back in '98. Keep well, keep healthy and success to all.
