Happy weekend fellow Stage-32ians. Longtime member of the tribe here. I'm a working writer/producer who has found a great many friends and opportunities through this site over the years.
Additionally, in my work I read hundreds of scripts every year, at minimum 10 a week, in the course of my assessing for several of the top tier screenplay competitions and studio evaluations. Nothing makes me happier than to find that diamond in the rough and champion the writer behind it.
If I've learned anything over the years it's how one connection can lead you on the path to something you would have never suspected upon first introduction. It's the beauty of the world wide web and the personal webs we all weave.
Not to get too spidery about it, but I reintroduce myself this weekend to widen the net and find some new synergy. Come hang on my web, and lets see what happens.
And for any writers out there, who struggle with placing in contests, do connect as I have something cool on the horizon that may lessen your burden. Cheers.
