I'm Jillian Bullock from Philadelphia. I'm the CEO of Jillian Bullock Enterprises, LLC, a film and video production company. As an award winning filmmaker, I often wear the hats of screenwriter, director, producer, actor, and fight choreographer. My feature film "A Sense of Purpose: Fighting For Our Lives," will be available in April on VOD. In 2019, I wrote, directed and produced a short film, "Touch With Your Eyes," an action thriller. My goal with this short is to get it noticed in film festivals in order to get a bigger budget to do a feature length film, since it will have action and locations outside of Phila. This movie deals with human sex trafficking.
I am currently in pre-production on a psychological thriller entitled "A Cup Full of Crazy." We were supposed to start production in May, but it has been pushed back to later this year due to the virus. The movie deals with mental health.
With each film I write and produce, it's important to me to educate, empower and entertain people.
My first novel, Shadows of Love, Betrayal and Murder, will come out in Sept 2020. This novel will be the first in a series.
I'm also taking many film, directing, screenwriting on-line courses through Masterclass.com. Always striving to improve my skills.
I have been a member of Stage 32 for a number of years. It's a great place to learn and to network with other creatives. Now is the time for us to pull together and support and uplift one another. If you're stuck at home due to the virus, work on that script, that book, that play. Let's make this time productive.
