A bit of background. I submitted this to a few festivals and got nothing. After getting a Stage 32 consultation I made some changes. This was the first festival the new script went to. There were some things I hadn't thought about and it really made a difference. I'd encourage everyone to try it out.

Nice going - but don't let that go to your head now.
I won't. This isn't the first time for me. Just needed something good to happen with all the stress and bad news these days. It always feels good to know someone likes your work.

I know the feeling, congrats for the happy ending.
I've had one producer request more info but I never heard back from her. I had one request a script in February and the three months is about up so I'm hoping for good luck.

You're not alone, Bill. I have almost the exact same situation. They are either super busy but not well organized in their processes or not serious filmmakers. Make sure you register your script at a prestigious organization prior to sending anywhere so nothing happens to your script.
