Qurantine Docu-Series for Families with Autism FREE

Hello everyone! I've been on Stage 32 for quite a while and love it. I confess, I am not a filmmaker but am more filmmaker adjacent. My sister is a producer and my mom is an all-around filmmaker (writer, director, producer, actor, editor, composer, singer, songwriter, etc). I pretty much just accept their invitations to participate. So I don't network a whole lot. However, I really would love if folks could check this out and share it with any families, groups, or organizations you feel would be helped by it! Or, just enjoy it!! It's fantastic and beautiful.

My mom, Dr. Lynette Louise (aka "The Brain Broad") has created books, films, music, music videos etc. They are all great (yes, I'm biased, what of it? tee hee!) but it is her international docu-series FIX IT IN FIVE with THE BRAIN BROAD that we are giving away and pushing with passion into the world during this quarantine. She has released the entire first season on YouTube, the second season will be released next week.

Previously the show could only be seen on The Autism Channel or Vimeo On-Demand. Now it is easily available to everyone.

The show goes with my mom - who is an international brain change and behavior expert specializing in autism - into the home of a different family, in a different country, for five days, every season. Season one is Uganda, and season two is USA.

Please have a look! Right now families are homeschooling and losing much of the support or routines they've grown accustomed to. It is a time that can be overly stressful but with the tips in this show, it can be actually a lifesaver and world changer. Parents of children with autism or other special needs could probably use a friend who not only gets it (my mom raised eight of us kids, six adopted and four on the autism spectrum) but who also knows how to teach and believe in and connect with and grow successful families.

Thank you!!

Feel free to reach out to me, or my mom, if you have any questions!!!

BTW: She has almost completed the editing of season three, Israel, and will be looking for a cameraperson and editor for seasons four and five. If you like working on passion projects (you will be paid, but our fundraising is unpredictable so it's hard to say how much) please consider contacting us! xoxo

Hey Tsara, this is Karen from the Stage 32 team. I just wanted to let you know I moved your post from Introduce Yourself to Your Stage, as it fits much better there. But feel free to do another post discussing who you'd like to connect with, what you're working on or what you'd like to work on. Let me know if you have any questions, and all the best to you!

Thank you, Karen!
