Hello all. This is my first time here and I have a question about (reverse) adaptation. I'm wondering if any playwrights have ever taken the opposite route and adapted a play they've written into a full length novel? Odd question, I know. What sort of process in terms of outlining and story structure have you followed or would you suggest for such a thing? Look forward to your comments. ~Stephen
Only yesterday I added this recently completed We, The Writer video to my profile page. Among the subjects covered is author Nathan Makaryk on adapting one of his plays into the breakout novel Nottingham, which came out last year from Forge Books.

Apparently, Stage 32 doesn't link straight to internal video. Here it is on YT: https://youtu.be/3w_9kCp0L4k
