Leslie, an unemployed courier, agrees to deliver a rare vase that has been missing for years, across the country from NYC to LA to a customer. He is joined by a young singer, Rachel, who dreams of being on a talent show. It turns out that her father, who left their family before she was even born, is the big-time producer and a judge of the talent show.
On the other side of the country, police link the vase to a famous mafia boss, and hunters of the rare antiques want to intercept a parcel that Leslie is carrying.

Лесли, безработный курьер, соглашается доставить редкую вазу, что числилась пропавшей долгие годы, через всю страну в Лос Анджелес тайному заказчику. К нему в попутчики волей судьбы присоединяется молодая певица, Рейчел, которая мечтает попасть на шоу талантов.
