Classic archetypes would tell us that The Fool is the wisest of them all, and I see it every time I hear comedians talk. I laughed, I cried. Oh, good GOLLY, what a great roundtable by the Hollywood Reporter.
What's your favorite nugget of wisdom from this conversation? How will you incorporate it into your own practice?

That was a great interview! The humility of the actors, and the constant drive for the next job.
Stephen Foster I feel like the fool makes fun of the absurd, regardless of the source.

That was a fantastic interview. Thanks for sharing. I loved all the answers to the first question, specifically Jim Carrey saying he acts because he's broken.

I'm so glad you enjoyed it, Matthew Cornwell & Brent Bergan! I wonder how they compare to the dramatic actors in that regard. Hmm...
Okay, but tell me you don't have a HUGE respect for Sacha Baron Cohen now after hearing those stories?! #WOW

Very true! But, Jim Carey’s story, where he played for two hours, completely tanked, then went to the piano played some more... then cried on the way home... that was amazing.
I will check it out.
