Adobe After Effects is my default. It's a subscription, but if you were to find a template, you could easily change the elements within it. Check out Motion Array, that's where I get my templates: https://motionarray.com/ There are free templates, but you can also sign on for a month, download all the ones you want, and then cancel after a month.
