3rd times the charm on using your same pitch to the same company

So I was thinking of pitching 1 pitch more than once to the same company. When I was watching this webinar about pitching cartoon shows, the host told us that companies don't accept the same material you used the last time you pitch to them. I've pitched my same material to Nickelodeon twice and the people who work for the publishing agencies who have connections with Nickelodeon both pass on me.

Here's 1 from Andrew Kersey he said "The logline for this "cartoon for Nickelodeon" called CRIME FIGHTING KOALA BEARS wonderfully sells the series' premise. And the colorful cast of the animals is very descriptive and visual. The writer hilariously gives them catchphrases which makes them memorable. The pilot story is also well thought out and delivered for the pitch. Overall though the writer is missing a chance to more effectively talk about the series' mythology and the world behind the pilot. Also, the dynamics and conflicts between these characters could use more of a discussion to really bring to life the overall show beyond the pilot as the season progresses. And finally, the big note is that this series premise just doesn't sound unique enough in the animation space."

And here's 1 from Spencer Robinson he said "I'm sorry but this pitch really needs to be reworked. First off, it is all one paragraph, which is an immediate red flag. Also, there are countless grammatical and spelling errors all over this thing. I have a hard time requesting scripts when a pitch is littered with grammar and spelling mistakes. I could never trust a writer to proofread their scripts if they can’t even be bothered to proofread a two-page pitch. On top of all that, this is a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ripoff."

Then I send my script to Feature Script Premium Development Notes From an Executive (2 Pages) - Executive: Private (1146) to help me and he told me that my script and logline needs some work and it's koala bears meets the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

So my goal in publishing my koala bears cartoon to NIckelodeon is to make the koala bears the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles because the current ninja turtles cartoon they have right now, I think that reboot didn't stick to the source material, and if they do that again Nickelodeon should title the next Ninja Turtles title could be called Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Tales and should stick to the source material.

Anyway back on my cartoon. So I did some adjustments to my koala bears cartoon, now the setting is set in the fictional city called Sunny City, the koala bears live in a very tall treehouse, and the koala bears were made in creation pods of an ancient alien space ship that belongs to an alien race of koala bears that crashed landed on Earth millions of years ago and evolve into modern-day koala bears.

The reason why I am so obsessed with my own work is to make a better life for myself and to use the money from the cartoon's merchandise to help save the koala bears.

So I hope that I get a 3rd chance of getting my cartoon idea the greenlight, and you know the saying 3rd times the charm.

Good luck.

Just remember that it took The Queen's Gambit 30 years to get made. You don't know how long it will take, but it will absolutely not happen if you give up. So, keep going, and good luck!
