G'day all. Have a number of screenplays (comedies/rom-coms) all set in the US even though I am an Aussie screenwriter. Work that one out. More recent scripts have been influenced by the trend towards diversity issues and hopefully I'll get them accepted by the market before too long. Cheers all.

Hey, Jeffrey Paul McMahon! So glad to meet you! Actually, writing for a different location/culture makes a sort of sense - we all want a form of escape with our films/television, so maybe you're writing for the US out of your own wish-fulfillment.
