I have a few scenes in my feature (present day caper comedy)which have an Irish female who, when she gets angry, uses rough and bawdy Irish slang. She does not necessarily speak Gaeilge, though an epithet or two might be nice.
Looking for a writer from Ireland (Irish born or has lived there for many years) who can give me some TRUE Irish slang, not just the "99 things only said in Ireland" that is all over the internet. A female would be best, but if you are a male who finds himself constantly insulted and humiliated by Irish women, you may have some good terms too :)
If this fits your description (or someone you know), please message me. I did this with my other script which takes place in Iceland, and it was SOOOOOO helpful. Thanks so much!
