My name is Seth Lockwood and I am from Lodi, California. I’ve been on this app for a couple months now. I’m trying to get my work out there and noticed and I’ve been submitting my screenplays to stage 32 contests. If anybody has any tips or ideas to help better my work and get it out there, it would be really appreciated.

Hi Seth! Have you tried the pitch sessions? :)

Congrats on submitting your work to contests, Seth Lockwood, that's a great start! You can also list your loglines on your profile, along with your scripts: https://www.stage32.com/loglines You can ask for peer script exchanges, which allows your script to get into more hands.
I would highly recommend signing up for an Executive Consultation with a Stage 32 Executive. It will give you valuable, actionable feedback, but also will literally put your script into the hands of an executive active in the industry: https://www.stage32.com/scriptservices/coverage/buy?id=29
If you have any questions, definitely reach out to our Director of Script Services, Jason Mirch, who is excellent at matching projects with potential executives (or managers, in your case): J.Mirch@stage32.com

Stop paying for contests - save that money to shoot a short film which showcases your talents, then find places to put it up for free (YT, etc.).
Develop relationships with local filmmakers. Find sets to work on (even for free), work hard, be professional, give more than take.
It's all about relationships.
Engage on here with people (don't pitch projects), develop relationships.
Did I mention relationships? :)

I'm looking into contests as well! Asides from Stage 32 contests, check out the screenplay aggregate websites "Screencraft" and "Roadmap Writers".
