As a mature woman and SAG/AFTRA actress for many years, I have been delighted to get recognition recently for three screenplays. I was a Semifinalist in the Table Read My Script (Austin) for two historical scripts (That Man's Maid -post WWII and A Lion For Freedom- slavery in the 1840's). Last week I heard from Stage 32 that I was a quarterfinalist in the New Voices in Animation. Hoping that I can move forward on one or all of these projects.
