Scrivener is a great tool. Have it on my phone and laptop and can update my scripts if you’re looking for a cheap option. It’s more geared towards writing books but I like it for screenplays.

Brilliant piece of writing software created by writers for writers. I develop stories and draft in it before exporting to Final Draft. Currently writing a book using it. I also store all my notes, diary, ideas, etc in Scrivener projects.

A few writing friends of mine love using the additional features to help with structure, bat around ideas that can be used for later and "cork board" all their notes in one place.
