I got my second request from a producer in a row. I know nothing can happen until after the strike, that's ok, but it feels really good to be writing today.
Bill Albert. Congrats. I agree with Maurice that non-WGA writers can still work with non-signatory companies. I support the WGA strikers but you are just selling your property so it's not like you are crossing any picket lines. Good luck!!!!

Big time, Bill. And a testament to the fact that writers should be putting their foot on the gas right now, not easing off the pedal.

Is it not possible to move ahead with an independant film production company and just bypass the whole strike mess until it blows over?

Non-WGA writers can work with non-WGA signatory companies (and pitch to non-WGA signatory companies) during the strike, Terry.
