Filmmaking / Directing : Recording Demos by Fleur Alys Dobbins

Hi All, I am about to go into the recording studio to record demos of my songs from the new show I am writing. While not new to working in the studio - this is the first time I have gone about choosing the studio myself - and well..doing it all myself. I am learning about costs and the best places (and affordable) that I can choose in NYC. I would love to hear your thoughts and you experiences the first time you went through the same experience.
