Introduce Yourself : Believe in ideas and make them happen. by Mattia Nicoletti

Believe in ideas and make them happen.

There is a rule I always like to follow: make ideas happen. Maybe it sounds a bit easy what I am saying, but the first failure of an idea it's not to try to make it real. Matthew Weiner, the screenwriter of Mad Men, took 6 years to find a tv network or a cable that really believed in its project. I learned that if you have something in your mind you believe it can be good for some reasons you have to follow it, you have to try it. When we are talking about a concept or a script it easier than a product or a service that needs much money to be produced. You "just" need time to write it and submit it to the right persons. It can happen (very often) then that your idea were not so good, were not at the right moment, were not submitted to the right people, but you tried it and it is always in your drawer ready to be shown to somebody starting to believe in it. Cheers Mattia
