LEAD WITH A HOOK: Scenario- you have 30 secs to catch their attention. Do you: a) write about your character's childhood to explain why he/she becomes a killer; b) Describe the interior of character's creepy , funky home, or: c) Describe a scene where your character pulls out two pistols and blasts people standing in line?
