Can we make an omnibus within this community? We can all separately fund our shorts, at the end we all share the profits from the feature. The films should have similar stories. Or one common theme, which I think is better. The films should be of similar technical quality (picture&sound). Any thoughts?

Do you mean something like a single theme short fest? Or package a short's anthology and try to sell as a feature? It is doable and why not? There would be some technical issues such as deliverables, SAG etc but I'm sure that within the Stage32 community we will have the talent to handle those challenges.
I mean making new shorts around similar theme and then pack it up as a feature and sell it. That way it is a film, and with that sellable. The technical standards can be easily set (i.e. DSLR/Workflow/delivery) luckily today technology is widely available... BTW Your idea of packing a anthology and selling it as a film sounds very good...
I am developing a project using Stage32 resources exclusively and have some concepts and thoughts on how to proceed. Something like movies BEDROOMS, TWENTY BUCKS, BABEL and FOUR ROOMS or making several shorts with a central theme filmed around the world. All we need to do is decide on a theme and guidelines.
