Introduce Yourself : Greetings from North West UK! by Chris Jolley

Hi, My name is Chris and I am based in the North West of the United Kingdom, with easy access to Manchester, Liverpool, Chester and surrounding areas. Although by day I build websites and web applications, I have a passion for music and involved in many diverse music projects with various people, be it as a duo, a band, or other project. As well as writing I also have a wealth of experience arranging and producing music, as well as some engineering / recording expertise, both in terms of live and studio work. I have recently come to realise that film and moving image may be the perfect media around and within which to tailor my work, and I just need some solid opportunities that I can really commit to and start to build up a portfolio of successful high quality projects - project which are "out there" for people to experience and respond to, ideally as a part of a larger work, e.g. film. I am also a keen photographer, and have an interest not just in creating amazing pictures, but also am a bit of a self proclaimed "photography geek" when it comes to cameras, lenses and other equipment, software, or techniques.
