On Writing : Attracting an agent to your show by Christopher Tedrick

I've been working on getting literary agents to attend a production of my most recent play (in coordination with a NYC short play festival), and I'm wondering if anyone has any advice as to the "triggers" that would attract an agent to an unknowns show. Outside of listing previous accolades. Thank you for any advice you can share.
