Animation : Help with Toon Boom Harmony by JD Beales

I am looking for an expert with Toon Boom Harmony to help me transition characters I designed in Illustrator into Harmony and to help me rig those characters, and to possibly help me with a short animated sizzle reel. - I am a producer. I recently produced a feature film. That film is close to having a distribution deal and has opened some doors. I have the opportunity to pitch a very long on the back burner pet project of mine, an animated TV show. I'm looking to barter with services (I'm also an editor with a full rig) or used gear, or whatever we can figure out. I have representation and some in-roads. I need a little help over this hump.
