Acting : Video Submissions by Trey Lewis

My Fellow Actors, There are quite a few auditions that my agency will set me up with that require a video submission. I've yet to land a job due to these submissions. The jobs I have landed have been from an actual face to face audition. Does anyone view video submissions as a hindrance to actually landing a job as opposed to an actual audition? Is there something I need to be mindful of while preparing these video submissions? Any advise will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
