Anything Goes : Virtual Auditions by Ajay Jhaveri

I have been in the headshot printing business for about 30 years here in Los Angeles. As we expand to offer Actors more services we find ourselves doing a fair amount of video auditions. These are auditions on "tape". We do about 20-25 taped auditions a day for actors. Anyway. I am in the process of building a whole new audition room. Asking Actors, Casting Directors , Agents, Managers or anyone with a valid opinion.... What features are you guys looking for in a good taped audition facility?
