Re: the short film REenACTment: My independent New York production company, SMALL TOWN PICTURES, is currently developing the new gritty dramatic thriller, REenACTment, a short film seen through the eyes of a young girl the morning after her attack involving the homemade date rape drug, GHB. This is a dark, mysterious film played in reverse along three consecutive story lines, each revealing a possible turn of events with three possible attackers. New York stage ingenue, Samantha Strelitz, has been cast to star as the victimized girl, a very courageous role with a strong emotional core. Small Town Pictures is currently seeking Co-Producers, Executive Producers and Financiers to come aboard and help bring this story to life. The detailed budget outline will be emailed, along with the shooting script, to anybody who is interested in learning more about this project. We are looking to produce REenACTment, along with a feature length documentary about the dangerous production and use of the date rape drug in America, and need to raise $8,000 for both projects.
