eBay is the best place to try first since you are in the UK. Also, try looking in the library for 80's interior design books, they will give you some ideas and maybe you can make your own decor with what is available to you. Being a kid in the 80's, seems design was not too different from the 70's. Best toy guns are from 411. http://www.411toys.com/air.html Good Luck!
Thanks Greg. I have looked on eBay.. unfortunately it isn't as helpful as I expected. I looked through the website you sent unfortunately too It is a real like gun I am looking for not a toylike.. something that shoots blanks maybe.. thanks though.. :) Much appreciated ^^)
Search EVIKE.com... they have a "Boneyard" section of airsoft guns that don't work, but make great props!

Try thrift/resale shops (not sure what you call them in the UK) for '80s decor. Research.online then you can always paint what you find to suit your needs. Sounds fun. Wish I were closer! Good luck :)
