I've written several short scripts and have submitted them on several Craigslist sites (Under the category--writing gigs). Was wondering if there any other newspaper/ad. sites (or social media sites) that I can check out?

You probably had your posts flagged. Craigslist writing gigs section is for people posting gigs, not for people with available scripts. Inktip and Mandy.com are your best bets.
Karen, Actually if you type in the word: screenplay several submission posts pop up. And if you read those posts it clearly states they are seeking short script submissions:)
Oh yes Laurie, filmmakers regularly seek short and FL scripts through Craigslist writing gigs. You can reply directly to them via the Craigslist generated email. If writers make posts saying they have scripts available or are seeking an agent or manager, however, these posts generally get flagged by other writers. It makes sense, because imagine if every writer with an available screenplay posted about it in the gigs section! Good luck :-)
