FILM PRODUCTION UNIT WANTED [WEST OF SCOTLAND]- comprising of Core Personnel with own Production Equipment We have an opportunity to extend to a small, enthusiastic film production unit, to create some Character Biography material that will be viewed by a number of influential film industry people. We cannot publically go into specifics at this time, as this opportunity is associated with, and may lead to a paid 2nd Unit opportunity within, a unique Mainstream Feature Film project. Please note, there is no direct commercial gain being generated from the filming of this Character Biography material, which is regarded as part of an extended audition process. If any material is used at a later stage which directly generates financial gain, any actors and crew involved in the generation of the material used will be contacted and paid accordingly. To clarify any legal issues of National Minimum Wage on no-pay filming projects of a non-commercial nature, both HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS) confirm this is NOT beaching any law if no-pay is stipulated, if there is not a formal employer-employee relationship established, and if there is no direct commercial gain from the filming itself. All minors must have permission from a parent or guardian to apply, and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on any filming. All applications must include a Landline Contact Number. As this filming is being considered as an extended audition, there are no fees or expenses paid.
