Anything Goes : ''A Hong Kong singer in foreign areas'' by Luminary Ching

I am a 20 years old new lyricist, actor, screenwriter and radio host from Hong Kong. Now I want to make a Music CD (In all the songs, there will be 90 percent of English and 10 percent of Chinese) in foreign countries. The lyrics and the melodies can be written by me and I will be the singer!!! I am sure that this type of music will be populatr and can pioneer the Western market and the Chinese market May anyone can help me link in???
