Hi! I'm Kim. I've been pursuing acting, dancing and singing all my life. I also ran a non-profit theatre company for 5 years. I am now developing a retreat space just beyond the 5 boroughs of NYC for theatre artists. It get's so crazy and overwhelming in the city, that it's hard to concentrate on the "art" part of theatre arts. It's also pretty difficult to find cheap rehearsal/work space. So, I'm doing this thing. Providing space for artists to collaborate, create and grow. And I'm looking for ideas re: space, residencies and programming. I think it's a good idea. Do you? Tell me what you think!

I understand that. I'm from there as well and went to NYU Film School. Still have a Apt there but Traveling now working in Different States. Have a Home in Lake Arrowhead as well. I don't like LA very much. All the Best. Sounds like your doing it all well. Tommy Bull.
So do you have your own space ?
At the moment, I am renting different venues. For this spring, I am renting Wainwright House in Rye, NY. Beautiful space. Holding 2 weekend intensives there for singers and actors. I have Different Studios I am working with around the Country and will be doing ( In Between ) Film and Television and TV Show that will require shooting Around the Country Appearances at High Schools. So am getting a Nice Motor Home now to live in and have my Office with me. Looking forward to it. Tommy
