Hey screenwriters - I am on the hunt for a simple and inspiring short film. Something that will make the viewers either question their own sense of being or inspire them to be better. I have been offered quiet a few depressing scripts lately, which I don't mind, but would love to find a character or two that offer a sense of inspiration instead of sadness :) Any one out there with something short, simple and inspiring? Shaun, I have a short script ("Ordinary Men") about two regular guys who meet in a local pub and discover that they share heroism under fire, one in Iraq, the other in Vietnam, the former recognized with a Congressional Medal of Honor, the latter struggled to put the war behind him. It's only about 10-15 pages, three sets, four characters. The message, heroes start out as ordinary people and most find their way back to ordinary lives. Interested?
