Introduce Yourself : Hi, everybody, I'm Maitely! - Actress, Producer, VO Artist, Production Manager, Talent Manager's assistant... by Maitely Weismann

I'm new to the site, and pretty new to Los Angeles by way of New York. Still figuring it all out, but I'm sure it'll be just great. I just learned that one of my family friendly rom com indie features, Chasing Taste, is lined up for a world premiere at "the other festival" in Tribeca, VisionFest at Tribeca Cinemas on May 16, 2014. It's already won Best Feature Film Comedy at Burbank International Film Fest and we're hoping it'll continue to win more as it makes the rounds. I produced this film along with two partners, and had the benefit of playing a character in it as well. As a VO Artist, you can hear my voice on both TV & radio in various advertisements. I hope to break into the animation market now that I'm in LA full-time! :-)
