I'm a beginner and going to buy a camcorder for my projects. I'm looking for an HD camcorder with a viewfinder -- this is very hard to find. My budget is $350 or less to purchase the camcorder. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

After researching I bought lumix fz150. It's got a 360 view finder and superb audio capture, as well as an audio jack for those who would like to use a microphone in the hot-shoe (where flash goes).
