Filmmaking / Directing : looking for Montreal filmmakers by Helene Engel

The Jewish library of Montreal is CONSIDERING (it is not yet sure, depends on the response that we will get) to do its annual exhibit on Montreal filmmakers about Jewish themes, or because they are Jewish they would have a special point of you. There must be about 50% French in the movie the be considered. The film maker does not have to speak French to participate with his/her movie BUT if he wants to be part of a discussion panel, he should be able to express him/herself in French reasonably well. If you are or if you know people that seem eligible and would be interested in participating, let me know. I don't put this in the job section because nothing is definite yet. The only thing I can say is that these exhibits usually draw a fair crowd so it is a very good way to make yourself known. Again, if we don't have enough people and material we will find another subject for the exhibit so don't wait too long. 2015 is to-morrow! Helene Engel
