Hi everyone. I've been writing for the fun of it since '92, mostly poems and short stories. I really got serious about my writing about 10 years ago and I been studying and honing my craft. I've currently have completed my first script and I have 3 more that are in the first draft stage. I've been looking for representation which I l'll have to say has been the hardest part of this process. I've been scammed by people who pray on people's dreams, but in the scam I did learn something so I'm not mad. One of these days hopefully it will happen. I want it for my family, I have a daughter starting college in the fall and another that will be there in 4 more years.

Welcome Corey! I completely understand the desire to make at a living from writing not only because of the passion for writing, but to support the family. So glad you found Stage 32. I would like to thank all of you for the kind and encouraging words. Everyone that I've had contact with on Stage 32 has been so supportive. It makes one feel like success is right around the corner, and that's a great feeling to have when you're a dreamer.
