Hi there. Briefly, I love creating shaping , and telling stories. So, being an editor fits me like a glove. I've been cutting for over twenty years, have won 10 Los Angeles Emmy's for editing one hour news documentaries and most recently worked on The Quest which was a mix of reality game show and narrative. It ran on ABC. I have been living in Nelson, B.C. for the last 5 years and love it! Not to worry though, I'll work anywhere. Avid and FCP 7 are the tools of my trade, humor gets me through. Welcome, Nancy, and I couldn't agree more on the importance of laughter! I write a lot of dark fiction and scripts, but all that darkness just makes the light shine even brighter in the comic relief moments. Life is a lot like movies and TV, that way: it's the comic relief that sees us through. :-)
